In these positions he managed the development, planning, design and construction of large scale residential and commercial estates.
He also managed his own building/real estate development company
which designed, constructed and sold more than 1000 homes and apartments. During this period his buildings won several prestigious architectural design and excellence in building awards, and his company had nil complaints made to any regulating authorities.
We provide our clients with

Not only do we source and negotiate the best available and most suitable properties, but we inspect the buildings from a structural/building and design viewpoint, advise on any rectification works that may be necessary and take these factors into account when negotiating the best possible price for our clients. We can also provide professional design and building advice on any alterations and improvements our clients may wish to make to the property.
In addition to those services
we also carry out inspections on residential, commercial and industrial properties for our buying clients with respect to cost effective changes that can be made to the facade or internal/external design of a building which may add significant capital value to the property. Our Building Design and Project Management division is available to manage the project if required and provide a level of continuity, control and efficiency that enables our clients to manage their property portfolios in a more efficient and effective manner.
