             We provide our clients with a complete professional real estate buying service. Not only do we source and negotiate the best available and most suitable properties, but we inspect the buildings from a structural/building and design viewpoint, advise on any rectification works that may be necessary and take these factors into account when negotiating the best possible price for our clients. We can also provide professional design and building advice on any alterations and improvements our clients may wish to make to the property.

             In addition to those services we also carry out inspections on residential, commercial and industrial properties for our buying clients with respect to cost effective changes that can be made to the facade or internal/external design of a building which may add significant capital value to the property.
